I was told things that were false. I was told one price and after the installation prices and fees were higher than explained!! I was not able to reach the person who initiated my lease and only got customer service who laughed when I asked to speak with the person who's name was Colleen Street.
I don't have an issue with the service center, but I don't understand why I still have this device on my vehicle when I was told that February was my last month for the device!
