I adjusted my review after someone from their office (not the call center where they are hard to understand) and they credited my account. I'm glad they are at least paying attention to what people write. The person who called was professional and courteous
Worst company ever. They tried to overcharge me luckily I noticed and they gave me an 800 dollar credit. I would recommend. Them to no one. The machine also malfunctioned and I requested a credit and they said "we exhausted credits to you already and can't again." They exhausted credits because of their mistakes not mine, so that isn't my issue. Do not use them unless you want to be scammed and overpay!
