Im adjusting my review once again as the company has decided to raise the monthly rate for a cheap piece of plastic. it's bad enough that the device can be faulty at times, the customer service department has a serious language barrier, and never really help out. the lease on this cheap device is up soon and even if the MVD denies my appeal to have it removed at that time, I'm going to have it removed and find a better service. I adjusted my review after someone from their office (not the call center where they are hard to understand) and they credited my account. I'm glad they are at least paying attention to what people write. The person who called was professional and courteous
Worst company ever. They tried to overcharge me luckily I noticed and they gave me an 800 dollar credit. I would recommend. Them to no one. The machine also malfunctioned and I requested a credit and they said "we exhausted credits to you already and can't again." They exhausted credits because of their mistakes not mine, so that isn't my issue. Do not use them unless you want to be scammed and overpay!
