This review is for the shop that did the install , NOT intoxalock the company Everyone at the shop was super nice and made the process easy as possible watch a few video to learn the device and then they'll explain it to you and have you do it before you leave. Took less than an hour and was back on the road again thanks again ! Such a great experience I just wish intoxalock would explain all their fees better and up front
