Blanca has not gotten back to me and I am at the shop again because another violation 11, which is not true. I've had this thing for 9 months almost and all of a sudden they are saying I tampered with the machine. I've never tampered with or not blown into it. Seems like a complete scam and I am wasting my time coming back here.
The calibration service was fast and well-done. The employees were very nice, too!
