My bad review is because of Jay Knudson, the representative I dealt with at first and he really tricked me into thinking he cared while I was in tears. He gave me a fair deal but after finishing my MADD class I got a way better deal from Smart Start but I had to spend a week trying to cancel the installation that was a whole month away. This wa the worst place to get a breathalyzer from terrible. For two years I had to deal with company and it was filled with anxiety and anger. The breathalyzer is so sensitive I could use any soap in my hands or spray in car. When I called to talk to someone in the company they all spoke with such thick accents I could barely understand them. I would get lockouts for nothing and it costed 115 dollars.
