Honestly, Intoxalock suck.....period. Right now, I have waited over 1 hour for customer service to answer my call. Yesterday, my car had battery problems after I had a calibration service and still waiting to be able to drive my car.....SUCK, SUCK, AND..... SUCK!!!!!
Very disappointed paid for the service and didn't receive the device at 405 Ritchie Hwy location and did not receive a refund
