Place is a joke. Still sitting on hold for the 3 rd time trying to get an extension to go take my car to get calibrated get a work order for an uninstall instead and now back on hold trying to get a calibration work order and get nothing but ignorant customer service that don't speak english even when you press 1. I just want my car calibrated i paid 40$ for bith phones calls to get an extension didn't get the extension then my road side assistance got cancelled because they scheduled the uninstall. They don’t clean the calibration machine that hundreds of other devices go on, they give you dirty equipment that apparently is refurbished, if your concerned about sanitation don’t get intoxalox or go to this service center
I never had a problem with my interlock machine. If I had questions the customer service was always available and ready to help.
