Very professional, respectful of your time. Took time to explain. Just an all around pleasant experience.
Things are going smoothly with the interlock installation and am closer to getting my drivers license reinstated.
The technician was informative and nice. However, I arrived to my appointment on time after driving 2 hours to be told there was someone before me and he wouldn’t be able to start on my car for several hours. A phone call in the morning would’ve have been appreciated. He also damaged my dome light above my rearview mirror accessing the electrical. It no longer sits flush with the roof and looks like it’s going to fall out.
