For the most part everything went smooth from start to finish. No problems yet . I only had this installed for about 3 days and its running smooth. My install went good but was not made aware of all the additional fees. Kinda misleading if u ask me. Let the customer know exactly what they are getting into.
They charge for every little thing!the device goes off to many times within a 20 min drive .Shop around .
This place was terrible. I came to help my dad get his interlock installed in his vehicle and long story short… - The people in this shop (Perez Auto) will charge you more than the Intoxalock Ignition original price. $$$ -Our appt was at 8am but they weren’t ready to take us in until 8:30 The biggest problem this place has is the Miscommunication between them and Intoxalock. They both are not on the same page.
