I had a very disappointing experience with Intoxalock. This location was extremely unprofessional and wasted our time. We dropped off our car for installation, and later they called to say it would not be done because they didn’t have the device. We rescheduled and dropped the car off again. Before we left, they told us it would take about 4–5 hours and everything was ready.
