Two major malfunctions twice no one wants to take responsibility for their faulty hardware! Was in a hit and run accident a while back because of faulty hardware! Inaccurate readings! They claim the pay for the towing that they make you get when the equipment faults but then fight the whole way and ignore it like it never happened no one reimburses you for anything this is life choice 101. Choose wisely!
Updated Review: Intoxalock is a separate business than the one I originally rated, I can see they are customer driven and service is one of their top priorities, their supervisor called me addressed all my concerns and was very engaged in solving the ones he could and escalating my comments so they would be taken into consideration in the future.
