Owner and staff have great customer service.
Good costumer service
The device is large and cumbersome, I've seen smaller devices on the market, but if you are an asthmatic, and having a flair up the amount of air you need to blow out will not let you start your vehicle, big flaw in the system. Their should be a better system in place, to accommodate for those with COPD! I also agree the device can be more dangerous than using a cellphone at times will driving especially with the amount of accidents in the state of Florida!
This system is a hassle it makes you blow in the device while driving this can easily cost an accident.
