The interaction with the agent who was great, he set me up for an appointment to have the device installed at 9 a m. But when I showed up to the shop, the shop owner told me that he told you guys that it would be for 11 a m. So I had to wait around for 2 hours because of the lack of communication within your company. He did mess up my day because I work independently.And I had appointments later on that day.That I could not make it to. So because of the lack of communication, it actually cost me more money
If I could give negative ☆ I definitely would..this company is ridiculous not only has they're machine locked me out 6 times left me stranded and charged me for it by the time someone even answers the phone to get it fixed it takes days I've had to pay for ubers,late days to work and even termination this place will take your money but most importantly your sanity!!!! Be Aware!!!
Barry the owner is very helpful, down to earth, easy going! The technician was also very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10 service!
