Horrible customer service. Rep would not disclose her name and had the nerve to tell me she will not get me over to a supervisor nor help me when I told her I was tired of constantly explaining myself and was told a manger was going to follow up with me. She had a nasty attitude and hung up on me.

Jose is the most knowledgeable guy in the biz. He has been doing this since the old ages when he used to hand mix the chemicals that register the alcohol in the devices. He has used his mobile service to remove my device from my totalled vehicles and also has installed them in my new ones.
