This has been an absolutely nightmare. I was scheduled 4 different times to do my install. They kept sending it to the wrong place so I went literally 4 times before it was installed. I was told I’d get the first 2 months free, that I’d have a $200 credit that would be applied. But they still charged me the first payment saying that I need to fill out some coupon.
