Horrible experience, was never told about the 100$ fee before signing lease online also wasted 2 hours of my time at DMV just so DMV could tell me the company missed the serial/model number for the device on the paper work as well as my license plate. Had to call Intoxalock and wait another week for them to re send paper work. Such a bad inconvenience and waste of my time. Still have not seen the 200$ rebate they promised me.
