nearly impossible to get into contact with the specialist that set me up. my install date got changed with no warning, they didn’t even tell the shop that I was coming. the first device didn’t work. they didn’t send the dl 920 I needed with the device and when they resent it, they told me they’d overnight it but they just sent it ground and it took another 5 days to get. horrible company waste of time and impossible to get any kind of help.
