So I go to get my interlock installed on my new vehicle and every things going ok tell intoxalock charges me for a lock out that occurred when Good vibrations was installing it, wich is not my fault and I was under vehicle maintenance. I called intoxalock and they tell me it was a failed test and then they tell me it was a mechanical issue is why it put it in the lockout mode and one person tells me that they would credit the money back and they dont so I call back to see why it wasn't credited back and once again they cant ... read more
There interlock device is always not wanting to take a blow, it always says invalid test. And the people never want to fix the device. I need my heater core fixed and the mechanic needs to take the device out to fix my heater core, the dam intoxalock wont let it happen. So now my children has to be in a freezing car during the winter. Thanks intoxalock. Your luck i have to give a star cause you don't even deserve a half a star. Im so over this with intoxalock. Installed professionally but device is junk.
