No stars. I'm getting charged for a device that was never installed. Infocus mobile audio in windham nh couldn't keep my car running so they never installed the intoxalock. They ripped out wires everywhere and told me to come pick up the car. Now I have to pay another shop to fix thier mistake. And intoxalock itself has nobody to help, I've been on the phone for thirty minutes and can't seem to get a live person!
Justin and his guys are great to deal with. I had an issue one night and Justin opened his shop just to help me out most people would make you wait until morning.
