horrible HORRIBLE STAY FAR AWAY! They hire installers who speak ZERO english and the phone number goes to india where you spend hours trying to find someone who knows what intoxaloc is or speaks the enhlish language
Best service center. Wayne goes out of his way to be so helpful and is so efficient. I would not wish to go anywhere else for my monthly recalibrations.
I am giving a star review because this process started disastrously with installation and 0 information on how to use, when to use after installation, if I could use because of camera and no right to drive, but an incredibly helpful customer service person called me to walk me through the process. Brandon was so helpful, concise, and considerate as I was so frustrated after waiting so long to drive again. He gave me all the information I needed.
