Frustrated that I've called 2 times to extend my account to Oct 23 2027 and nothing has been done. My most recent call July 14th before that on this first getting done was July7. Nothing has been done my license is on hold. Go into my account, please fix it and give me call with the number you have in my account. Sending the message being I don't see any ability to send a e-mail.
This service team is exceptionally the best I have ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and prompt service and communication. Love this business and the way it’s conducted. BRAVO!!!
For 7 months we've paid them when we haven't been able to drive. And then the time comes to get our driver's license back and they can't even do what they have been charging us for. Two times now, we have made appointments with the DMV in Boulder, and we still can't drive because they won't send over the necessary contract! And both times, we checked with them beforehand to make sure they sent over the contract! And both times they assured us that they had!! How hard does this have to be? Do your job!!
