I have been eligible for removal since 5 December 2024. I have been trying to reach out to these guys for days… I complained and was IMMEDIATELY taken care of by Isaias. He was prompt in helping me with the solution and I am excitingly getting my intoxatock aka blow start removed tomorrow. The most convenient and overall *LEAST OBNOXIOUS* of the Interlock companies I explored for a 2-year contract (yep, I spoke with all 5!) 4 stars because there's always room for improvement in transparency and overall customer service in ANY mandatory-compliance service provider. I 100% recommend Intaxolock over any of the other state-approved providers.
