I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the handling of my refund, which was approved on April 1st. Despite receiving confirmation that a check would be issued, I have yet to receive it, and my subsequent attempts to resolve this have been highly unprofessional. Didn’t show me how to use it. Update. A specialist reached out to me and gave me a very detailed explanation on how to use the device. My initial review was based off of the onsite installation specialist and not an intoxalock specialist. Everyone with this specific company has been very helpful and supportive.
