followed all the required steps to have my device removed, which was completed on 01/22. However, the necessary DMV documentation was not sent to the service center by Intoxalock. I took time off work on 01/23 to process everything at the DMV and remove the restriction from my license, but as of today, 01/25, I still have no confirmation or timeline on when this will be resolved.
