Certificate has been incomplete twice and wasting my time going to dmv with incomplete information Update: An upper level rep reached out to me and was VERY helpful and thorough. The unit itself is very cumbersome and has its faults but the service from the rep was indeed a plus. Be aware and have patience: the customer service is overseas and repeating the issues was very frustrating when trying to get a proper certificate sent to the installer (it took 4 times and 2 weeks)
