Intoxalock as a business sucks. All your call are to some place in India. No help at all. Was supposed to be refunded and got a credit to my account. I'm supposed to be getting my device out in two weeks. I have no use for the credit. Go with another service.
Great customer service. Fast work
Crummy company. No one bothered to inform me I would be getting billed biweekly for leasing their device. On top of it, hidden fees keep getting added. Customer service doesn't give me any straight forward answers. And on top of it, their app is almost always glitching. Definitely wish I had gone elsewhere for my interlock.

Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the product, had me in and out without delay.
