I'm helping my boyfriend with a major situation. Getting one of their devices in my car had my nerves shot. Jose answered when I called to price Interlock services. He answered some questions I had and explained a few things for me. I appreciated his lowering the sign-up for me, for the cost of everything was one of my fears. He set up the appointment for me so that all I had to do was drop my vehicle off and hand over the keys. Professionalism!
Everytime I walk into any of their locations to counter staff is unwelcomimg acts like you are a burden on them buy paying for a service they offer but aren't in there buying $500 dollars worth of merchandise. I was going to get my windows tinted and other stuff done there but now, huge turn off.
Guys were quick, super helpful and had tips and tricks to help me.
