I AM SO SICK OF CALLING THESE PEOPLE, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT CAR PROBLEMS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS A LIE, AFTER TWO INCIDENTS OF CALLING AND GETTING LOCKED OUT OF MY CAR. EACH TIME I WAS TOLD TO BRING TO MY MECHANIC AND TO GET THE LOCKOUT HANDLED AND THEN TO CALL THE NEXT DAY TO RESOLVE THE EXTRA CHARGES ON THE ACCOUNT.
