Initially (when I posted 3 weeks ago) it was difficult to connect with anyone at Intoxalock. Once we connected with Daniel, he got everything straightened out with our account. In fact, he gave us his direct number and followed up to make sure our lockout was fixed and that we weren't having any more problems. Thank you Daniel! It is very difficult to connect with anyone in the Intoxalock service department about lockout. The representative sent us a new hand unit and said we would have it the next day or morning after that at the latest. It is five days later and we have no sign of it and no tracking number.
I don’t know how this could be a great experience this really sucks don’t drink and drive people it’s not worth it and what I truly don’t like about it is that I have to pull over just to blow that’s the dumbest shit ever, when it should just be when I have to start my car!
Interlock devices are trash! Had to replace mine twice in a week and it doesn’t even make a sound. If you miss a “rebreather” you get charged ! Horrible
The guys at RAS were great! It was easy setting up my appointment with Aiden for the very next day! The installation was fast, and a plus, Michael even put on some windshield wipers for me that I had purchased at Costco! To finish my experience, Bob went over everything with me step by step, more than twice! Lol Thank you so much!
