Im so upset with this company I pay alot of money and when you call about anything you wait for hours I have had to miss work multiple times I have been stuck on side of the road !! This morning I have been on hold for over 3 hours !!! Update! A wonderful lady named Patricia called me and I could tell she really cared ! She listened to me and made me feel like my voice was hear!! She gave me her personal info if I ever have any problems again!! I feel alot better ! Thank you Patricia!!!
