Everytime i had any issues jermey fixed it immediately. That must of happened atleast 6 xs
shrum and his staff handle my vehicle quickly and professionally with this equipment in my car i will not recommend or go anywhere else
Honestly the service sucks it's basically impossible to actually talk to a person and you cant even barely understand the person you do talk. And to top it off the only way I was even able to talk to anyone was I had to request a quote to have a interlock installed even know I already do have one installed but I guessed it since it was about money they reached out to me within 15mins.
