It’s hard too contact anyone. Be ready to wait a hr to talk to someone the feel lucky to understand who answers. I was given 3 bad emails to get reimbursed and still have not been reimbursed for towing after 2 month due to their system being down. The machine is older and it has gave a incorrect reading that they charged $80 for and the state suspended my license and the hearing to clear it up will take over a month to have it so no license for that time plus a charge due to their system machine malfunctioning saying I misse... read more

The person I spoke with was nice and referred me to breath easy insurance that nIn thought it was a money grab but to my surprise after calling around I saved nearly $100 a month using them. everything was scheduled quickly setting up ins was time consuming. the machine instal was 45min learning to use it was a different story as the directions don't work you have to figure out how long to blow/suck/blow on your own. if you go from the directions either by the beeps or counting seconds it will fail every time. maybe it was j... read more
