This company is absolutely absurd. I have used this company for 5 years and I have had nothing but problems but they are the only service around. Every time I run into tech issues with the device, the customer service individuals are clueless on how to fix the issues and are never able to resolve the issues. On top of that, they are the beyond rude and could care less about their “customer service” job.
