Great customer service and very friendly.
Equipment malfunction on 12/2 preventing me from being able to drive home from work. Called customer service & remained on hold for over an hour only for the rep to inform me she could not help me. I was instructed to call back today. Currently I’ve been on hold for 15minutes & still on hold as I type this. Also no agents available for the live chat feature online as the hold prompt instructs you to do for faster service. Would not recommend this company solely do to horrible customer service experiences I have had.
