I was called by Intoxalock and told that the machine in my car was not working properly and I needed to take it to the service center. When I went to pick my car up from the service center I was told that the machine was broken and that I would have to leave my car that's running fine, overnight until the new device was sent by Intoxalock the next day. Very informative
After getting a calibration, my device stopped working. I am stuck in the parking lot of Cullen Auto Service and the staff says I have to call Intoxalock. I have been on hold for over an hour.
