Updated review. I had an issue at the beginning that was resolved by a wonderful customer advocate. Patricia listened to my issue and was able to quickly offer resolution. So far everyone has been great and the process is very easy.
Delivery of the device was delayed according to the approved installation center. Ordered on Thursday. Appointment on Monday. Unable to get car until Wednesday? The installation tech was nice and thorough
