Quick and easy staff is friendly.Explained in great detail how to use the device.very helpful.
Called to set up an appointment and paid $27.50 over the phone. Then I had good news and called back to cancel 2 hours later and will not be refunded my $27.50 due to the device "already being shipped". Even though it was explained as a one-time paperwork fee and my cancelling 2-days prior to the appointment. Just stealing money from people. Use LifeSafer if need this type of service!
