Well i make a bad review yestuday now i get a phone call from intoxalock manager i a can said now they help me wich all my problem and i get very satisfied wich the situation and change my review and give they a 5 stars as a costumer every body is looking for a good service and they show me how importan we are as a costumer thanks intoxalaock to make us feel importan to you completely satisfied wich your service now thanks again
The Customer Service is the worst one. There’s people disrespectful. Hang up on. You do not answer. Your questions are very rude, and there’s always different people answering you. Everyone is telling you different answer when you asked to speak with a supervisor, they never put you with I would not recommend this company to anybody
Gave me a device that wasn't court ordered, I should be refunded all money for install and uninstall of unit. This happens to alot of people Update!!!! 3/25/2024 Intoxalock rep got in touch with me and was able to resolve the issue promptly and in a happy manner. I appreciate their ability to rectify the situation, thank you Isaias! UPDATE!!!!!! 7/2/24 Well I've been getting a biweekly charge from Intoxalock, after researching through the court I shouldn't be charge anything, tried reaching out to Isaias no reply,
