If I could, I would've given zero stars. They have a bad habit of informing you that they can help, but not informing you they will be charging you for it. Case in point, customer service told me they would send me a box with a shipping label, only to have my account charged $20 the next day for shipping fees. None of that was communicated to me. That is just one small example of the lack of transparency and information the company provides. There are many more instances with varying dollar amounts attached.
the guys here are the best , I get off of work at 6pm and they always squeeze me in with no problems! Very genuine and informational , took care of my recalibration
