Scheduled my installation for 9am and the facility only opened at 11am. Had to sit outside the facility for 2 hours with a newborn baby until they opened Review edit: Overall experience with Intoxalock was not good. Has device removed after first month. Customer service advocate, Daniel, was great and the only reason for the bump from 1 star to 3 stars.
Pathetic customer service—the device is good but this company sucks
Worst place. I call them 5 times to correct none calibration with Arizona and they lied to me saying they got it corrected and from them lying to me got me an extra year with this interlock on my car. They connection with state is terrible and they need to fix it asap
