Friendly and fast.
I'm giving them 5 stars, but here's the story... Gave them a 2 stars because in the beginning they were very, very nice but when I couldn't use their interlock machine, either one of them and had to uninstall it. After I'd paid them a $150. The woman that works there was rude. I called her and ask her if I could get some of my $150 back and she said, "we did our part". So I did not get any of that $150 back.
