The guy I dealt with was a good customer service technician he had patience with me he described everything that was installed in my vehicle I’ve only had the device installed for three days and so far so good haven’t experienced any problems so I want to say thanks for the installation now I’m back on the road again.
Awesome service
Ever since I got the device installed my battery has been draining overnight and I haven’t been able to use my car. I took it to my mechanic and he said he couldn’t find any issue with the car and said the device is probably why my battery is draining. I contacted the place that installed it and they told me to set up an appointment through Intoxalock.
