Alot easier than thought,and was in and out really quickly. Guy answered all my questions without a problem.
The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and pleasant. However, I have had nothing but trouble with the device itself. I chose this device myself without Court order for my own protection and care. However, I have continually not been able to blow hard enough for the device to register. I am currently "Locked out" in 4 days due to the fact that I could not "blow hard enough" upon arrival. This has been extremely frustrating.
Susan Stirling has totally ignored my requests for help and I cannot get any customer service support. I’m not impressed. I have tried multiple times to reach customer service. I am being charged fees that I was never informed of. I was told that there was a special running that the installation would be free and I was charged full price. I would love to know how to get in touch with an actual person.
Device would not accept breathe sample advised the tech nothing was done... I don't recommend
