The man that works there has the nastiest attitude and he closes early.
Do Not Waste Your Time !!! This company is about as bad as it gets. The Technician that was supposed to install my Ignition Interlock decided not to tell anyone that he wouldn’t be at work. My appointment was for 8am… as I waited for an hour… dozens of other people would drive by asking why the door is locked. Did I mention I was sent an email confirming my appointment the prior night? Read the reviews, look elsewhere for service! I wish I could give 0 stars
Customer service rep double booked my appointment and after I arrived I was told that I could not be rescheduled until the next day. Every CSR gives a different story. Supervisor not any better.
I wish i had known what a terrible company they make money on lock out which means you get charged a fee $50- and up ,in cold weather it will destroy your car battery please please look at other companies that offer this service also read the fine print you are on a contract read do your homework, and 99.9% you can't understand what they are saying wish i had read the reviews, wish i could give negative 2 stars
They have been very efficient and professional in all aspects of the process. They have made, an otherwise unpleasant experience, much easier to get through. Recalibrations are fast and easy.
