Awful Continuous lockout due to hot weather device not accepting samples, customer service no help, not waiving any fee even when calling to trouble shoot, uncle to drive the vehicle three days due to heat in our city. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
We recently switched service centers and this new one makes all the difference! They were kind and helpful. We felt listened to and validated. If you have any choice at all in the matter I highly recommend service center Inc. The place we went prior had no interest in working with our schedule and we had to have our car towed 3 times in two months for lock outs that didn't make sense. Being with them was very expensive with no pay off. We would never go back.
