They areball friendly and hle
Intoxalock is terrible. They constantly have lock outs, issues with their equipment, and then force you to pay a fee and information is sent to the state. Their equipment freezes, or stops working when too hot/cold, and they charge so much money. One time a representative told us to unplug the device which is illegal and then they tried saying we would be in trouble for what THEY TOLD US TO DO.
