I was quoted 150-250 for the install and they charged me 340 plus another 50 dollars in fees on top of the 55 dollar lease payment. I didn’t even get the car home before the the system broke. This company is scamming people
They finally did the right thing, and I appreciate that. Intoxalock is not a local company—they contract with places like Car Toys for installations and calibrations. Customer service can be very difficult to reach, especially if you're in a bind. I missed a calibration in January and paid in February, but my license was still suspended in March because the state was never notified. BEWARE!!!!! This company is not local. They use car toys for install and calibrations only. That means customer service sucks. Oh and don't let your calibration go past the date. You'll have to get your car towed and pay a hefty fee to get it back with everything you go through. Plus, they will let the state know ASAP and won't remember to tell them when you do pay. worst customer service and support you will find, as I'm writing this I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours, have been waiting 3 weeks for them to send my report to my state so I can get his removed, they keep putting on hold after I talk to there call center in India, horrible horrible, if you need this kind of device find someone else this company sucks
