I will be honest, APA was not my first choice. The true story is that I had requested a service installation provider literally one mile from my house that could not provide the service as he technician recognized for the state was not going to be in. Intoxalock sent me to another installation site literally difficult for me to get there 3 miles away that was 75 dollars more for installing fees.
