Absolutely worst company to deal with. No help no answers just give them your money! Do not use. Can't get ahold of anyone and when you do it's a call center in India and the people are Absolutely rude. Zero help. Would give zero stars if possible. USE SMART START NOT THIS COMPANY.
I was very pleased with my experience at the shop. It is located in a "colorful" industrial area just south of our State Coliseum (I grew up in a neighborhood about a mile north of their shop). They made me feel very comfortable and treated me respectfully and were very patient answering my questing and while training me on the use of the device. I know I can count on their support and professionalism as I complete this portion of my DUI MVD requirements.
