I’m retracting a review that I wrote yesterday. Yes, I was stressed. One of the Supervisors a Mr. Martinez called me today and explained the situation to me. He answered the questions that I was having problems getting. Not only did he have the answers that I needed he also gave me a direct phone number to call if I needed more help. I’m so stressed out with this company. It’s nearly impossible to talk to a real person. I figure I have somewhere between 8&10 hours on hold. My lease was up the 13th. of this month. I was told to get my last calibration on the 17th. of this month. It’s been snowing with temperatures below freezing, windchills in the minus. I clean the snow off of my truck but it won’t start.
