My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I could be driving legally by now but am held up on paperwork from Intoxalock. Aside from their astounding lack of customer service (hung up on me MANY times, transferred and/or put on hold for hours, days in a row- which as a parent, is impossible to deal with) and now still, failure to deliver documentation to the proper government body altogether so my license sits revoked when I could be driving. Total racquet, violated me twice for BAC and I haven't drank in 12 years, they say their devices are sensitive. If I can get violated for eating a piece of bread or drinking coffee and charged a fee then their devices should not be out there. And it's already expensive as hell. Need better technology or go away, some peoples freedom is at stake.
