Edit: A supervisor reached out and asked what they could do to make things right. - Offered to have the device uninstalled until court date, but that took 9 hours to install and would have to do it again, so that was a pass. - He made it where I didn't have to pay bi-weekly fees for three months till my court hearing which is a nice. - Still not happy that I have to use the device when it doesn't even count towards my time. Shady business - Get letter in the mail stating depending on my state that I have to have the IID installed. In my case I do, "BUT" what they don't state is that the car lock device timer doesn't start till your second hearing date. - Did the phone rep. ask me my date of the court order? Nope, the person on the phone made it sound urgent and I had it installed since they said they would send my documents stating I had it installed to the state. - So now I am paying about $300+ and spending extra 3 months with a breathalyzer ... read more
The guys you sent me to did a very good job. They also told me that I need a new battery, I will have that tomorrow.
I was charged a fee of an extra $350.00 that I was not told about when I paid the initial fee. It’s really difficult to get life back on track and in order when everything is so expensive and life is hitting so hard. Don’t kick someone while they are down. Oregon needs to look into this Besides if your not legally allowed to talk on the phone while driving. This should be absolutely illegal also.
