Website doesnt allow for a recalibration appointment to be set until after calibration due date at which point your device will not let you start your vehicle. Also get an automated call telling that i will be out of compliance and dont have an appointment set up for recalibration although i do and am currently doing it on time.
This shop is wonderful! The staff with do my routine service without an appointment, right away. Super helpful. Great Shop!
I initially rated you a four star, then I record from one of your customer service people. I told her my story and how my car was kept an extra day because I part did not ship to the installer. She told me she would remove the charge currently on my account for my inconvenience. Excellent service. Must better than Lifesaver, my time with them was a horrible experience. Thank you.
